Seating capacity: up to 380

Recently modernised with excellent sound equipment, the Plenary conference hall is created by combining the Ginestra and Oleandro rooms. It has a surface area of 380m2 and a maximum height of 3.80m.

Standard features: projector screen measuring 6m x 2.5m, air conditioning, speakers’ table, podium, upholstered seats (with flip down surface) arranged in an auditorium layout, PA system with fixed/cordless/lapel microphones, whiteboard, floral decoration at the bottom of the speakers’ table, secretary’s desk, telephone (linked to switchboard), wireless internet connection and ceiling lights with infra-red controls. Optional features include: video projector with ceiling bracket, overhead projector, video recorder and notebook. The hall has upper windows on one side and can be fully blacked out.

On request, it is possible to hire any necessary audio and video equipment, as well as technical support personnel or hostesses. Special staging and layout solutions are also available.
